Recomendaciones:

En esta sección incluimos recomendaciones que te pueden ayudar en cada etapa del proceso de tu histerectomía. Las recomendaciones están basadas en experiencias vivenciales de otras mujeres histerectomizadas, en centros especializados en este procedimiento y organizaciones ginecológicas.  En el apartado de referencias podrás encontrar los enlaces e información de los diferentes documentos y páginas web que se utilizaron para crear esta sección.

En la sección titulada “Videos educativos” podrás encontrar información práctica de varios ejercicios que puedes realizar antes de tu operación y de esta manera fortalecer el área abdominal y aprender a cómo realizarlos para que poco a poco en cada etapa de tu recuperación postoperatoria los puedas incluir a tu rutina diaria.

Recuerda siempre consultar a tu médico de cabecera, ginecólogo u oncólogo sobre que debes hacer, como puedes prepararte y que esperar de tu histerectomía. Estos son solo consejos que te pueden ayudar a mejorar la calidad de tu proceso y recuperación.
